All cancellation must be received by the hotel 48 hours prior to the date of
arrival by facsimile or e-mail otherwise full payment for one ( 1 ) night on the total rooms booked will be applied.

All reservation will only be held until 16.00, otherwise, guaranteed by acceptable credit card
